生活在光中的人是如何到達那裡的?那些生活在自己的光中的人,他們這樣,不是因為他們已經消減自己所有醜陋、陰暗、軟弱和負面的部分。如果他們真誠的生活在自己的光中,那他們已經找到了通往全然的自我接納和全然的愛自己的途徑。他們已經拋棄了貪得無厭的頭腦,說服你成為你最好的自我的頭腦,你就必須降低不好的,並建立良好的。那些生活在光中的人,了解到這不是將自己定位在你極性的一端,而與你極性的另一端保持距離。相反的,它是實現內在自由的性質。真正的內在自由是在自己內在地形內的任何地方漫遊,並對它感到自在。是看到你的憤怒、你的痛苦、你的傷痛、你的怒火、你的罪惡感、你的羞恥,以及所有這些我們評判為負面性的痛苦〜,然後就是給予它們值得的愛和接納。這樣一來,我們就開始通往自我接納和內在整體性的途徑。而要如何做到這一點?

當你能夠擁抱所有你所是的,你就會超越你的較低本性,開始生活在你的較高本性中。 你的較低本性就不會再掙扎,以得到你的關注,和以無意識的破壞性方式行動,因為你最最終已給予它所需要的關注、關懷和接納。你自己受傷的部分就像是被安撫的孩子,隨著你的擁抱再度變得平靜。當你將自己所有破碎的部分帶回整體性的狀態時,你會覺得比過去更飽滿、更少破碎、更做自己。否則的話,你被自己的太多部分所分裂,而在這種內在分裂的狀態下,你要如何快樂?
你被賦予了人性,你只需要接納它。這不是關於改善自己,而是關於「改善」你對自己的看法;也就是改善你與自己的關係。這是關於發現自己,並決定你將以那個發現做什麼。你不是去拒絕、批判、分離,將自己與所有這些醜陋的部分劃分;就是了解到這一切都是自我,都是身為的人類的一部分。然後你就會放鬆。
這並不意味著放縱你的負面性、你的自私和憤怒,並將其投射到世界上,因為你只是在「做自己」或者是「行動的人」。不,那是不敏感和無意識的行為。以下是給予你的內在存在,如何生活在平靜的愛,和與你自己的內在自我共融的訊息。如果你能連結你所有的分離,療癒你所有的內在衝突,那麼自然的,你的振動就會提高,你在世界上的表達方式就會更高,更有愛和慈悲。
在此之前,我們必須小心不要在世界上傷害別人,並轉向內在,療癒自己受傷和破碎的部分,將它們再次帶進內在的整體性。你無法改變自己的人性脆弱和弱點,但你可以去接納它們。你在根本上是你,不然還有什麼嗎?所有你能做的就是盡可能的深層做自己。你的主要靈性工作就是如實的愛你自己。如果你這麼做,你生命的各方面都將轉變。邀請恩典支持你,幫助你充分實現回到真正的愛自己的每一步。

Not all succumb so easily to the lower aspects of human nature. We all draw from the same well of human qualities, and yet some exhibit far more light than others, far more joy than others. You have seen those that carry a high vibration, living in a heightened state of love, peace and happiness, much more of the time. You have also seen those that abide in a lower vibration, in continuous struggle, pain and suffering, much more of the time. Why do some tend to draw from a higher vibration, rather than a lower one, or vice versa? Don’t the downtrodden just need to make a choice to live from their higher selves, and that would be enough to live in the light? To answer this, we need a more acute self- understanding…
How do those that live in their light get there? Those that live in their light, do so, not because they have cut away all their ugly bits, dark bits, weak and negative bits. If they are sincerely living in their light, then they have found the path to full self-acceptance, and full self-love. They have abandoned the antics of the insatiable mind, the mind that persuades you that to be your best self, you must push down the bad, and build up the good. Those who live in the light, realize it is not about positioning yourself on one end of your polarity, while keeping distance from the other polarity within you. It is instead to realize the nature of inner freedom. Genuine inner freedom is to roam anywhere within your inner terrain and be at peace with all of it. It is to see your anger, your pain, your hurt, your rage, your guilt, your shame and all such afflictions we judge as negative ~ and simply give them the love and acceptance they are worthy of. In doing so, we begin the path towards self-embrace and inner wholeness. How to do this?
You face all this within you that you resist. You face it with the intent to heal yourself, and then shine the light of your awareness onto all you resist, dislike, or cannot accept and love within yourself. If you do this with a single pointed focus, and invite in the light of divine grace to help you, you will melt the ice around all the unloved parts of yourself. You may even be able to see the cracks and divisions in your system dissolve, as you return to a state of oneness within yourself.
In this process, you realize all parts of you make up your human nature, and that no one is born exempt of these characteristics. Your spiritual work is to embrace all that seems unworthy, but in reality, is entirely worthy ~ simply by virtue of it all being a part of your human self. Become a mother to your own self, as though each part of your self that is conflicted, broken, lost, hurt, and suffering is your own child. Embrace it all, for it is all you.
When you can embrace all that you are, you would transcend your lower nature, and begin to live in your higher nature. Your lower nature would no longer struggle to get your attention and act out in unconscious destructive ways, because finally you have given it the attention, care and acceptance needed. The wounded parts of yourself are like appeased children that with your embrace become peaceful again. When you pull back all the pieces of yourself back into a state of wholeness, you will feel far more full, far less fragmented, far more yourself than ever before. Otherwise, you are divided from too parts of yourself, and in this state of internal separation, how can you be happy?
You have been given a human nature, you have only to accept it. It is not about improving yourself, it is about ‘improving’ your perception of yourself; that is, your relationship to yourself. It is about discovering yourself, and deciding what you will do with that discovery. Either you go on rejecting, judging, separating, dividing yourself from all that is ugly, or you realize that this is all the self, this is all a part of being human. And then you relax.
It neither means to indulge your negativity, your selfishness and wrath, and project it into the world because you are just ‘being yourself’ or ‘acting human.’ No, that is an act of insensitivity and unconsciousness. These are messages to your inner being for how to live in peaceful love and communion with your own inner self. If you can bridge all your disconnections, heal all your inner conflicts, then naturally, your vibration would raise and your way of expression in the world would be higher, more loving and compassionate.
Until then, one must take care not to hurt others in the world, and turn within to heal the wounded and disowned parts of oneself, bringing them back into inner wholeness again. You cannot change your human fragilities and vulnerabilities, but you can accept them. You are fundamentally you, what else? All you can do is be yourself, as deeply as possible. Your main spiritual work is to love yourself as you are. If you do, all aspects of your life would in shift in turn. Invite grace to support you, in helping you in fully realizing each step back towards genuine self-love.
Meditate On These Insights on Wholeness and Self-Love:
1. We have become fragmented because we have disowned many aspects of ourselves.
2. Realize The Path is to return to a state of inner wholeness, and reclaim our lost parts.
3. The spiritual path is about being what you are, not becoming what you are.
4. See the vast spectrum of your human nature, and that each is endowed with it.
5. See your lower nature and embrace it.
6. See all our human attributes are impersonal, they belong to the collective personality.
7. Realize what we judge, resist or divide ourselves from becomes stronger.
8. Through loving each part of yourself, you would transcend your lower nature.
9. Be at peace with entire inner self, embrace all of you and return to self-love.
